Mark has always been fascinated with these crazy aquatic frogs within the family Pipidae. The craziest of which is probably Pipa pipa, The Suriname Toad, pictured above. Mark is looking at how these frogs detect prey and eat underwater. Then comparing his results with how other pipid frogs accomplish this.
